Sumbu Filosofi
YOGYAKARTA — Menjadi tuan rumah kunjungan anggota Asia Pasific Evergreen Scout (APES) dalam agenda Yogyakarta Social Visit tentunya merupakan hal yang berbeda bagi Kwartir Daerah Gerakan Pramuka Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
Sedikitnya 20 peserta yang merupakan mantan pimpinan, andalan nasional, pengurus, dan pegiat pramuka di kawasan Asia Pasifik dari 12 negara yang turut berpartisipasi dalam acara ini.
Mulai 13 Juni 2019 sampai dengan 17 Juni 2019, seluruh peserta telah diajak untuk mengunjungi berbagai lokasi wisata di Yogyakarta termasuk mampir di kantor Kwartir Daerah Gerakan Pramuka Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (Kwarda DIY).

Greetings from Yogyakarta,
I wanted to say a sincere word of thanks to *Chairman and the entire members of APES* for visiting Yogyakarta, and for sharing millions of good thoughts and experiences to me and the entire Yogyakarta Scout team.
It was certainly a pleasant surprise when Kak Brata contacted me a few months back about your interest to visit Yogyakarta. And without thinking longer, I confirmed my willingness to accept APES Social Visit in June.
Your visit have liven my lovely Grandfather’s spirit and strength in Scouting. As Father of Indonesia Scout GERAKAN PRAMUKA, he lives on in me and in all those who have been touched by the love, conviction, and wisdom of his leadership.
Again, thank you so much for coming. It was good to meet good Scout friends.
Your visit was a compliment to everyone in Yogyakarta. I wish we would have had more time to talk, but perhaps that will happen another day.

Gusti Kanjeng Ratu Mangkubumi
Sebagaimana diketahui, Kak GKR Mangkubumi menerima anggota APES di Kwarda DIY pada hari Sabtu (15/06/2019) beserta para pimpinan Kwarda DIY. Acara diisi dengan penyampaikan kegiatan Jogjakarta International Scout Camp 2020 dan saling bertukar souvenir. (fgp/cst)
